I recently had upper eye lid surgery and want to show others who are considering it what the stages of recovery are,and all about the operation. I took photos each day after the surgery until the bruising and swelling went,but I’m not good with computers so I wouldnt know how to start. Any help greatly appreciated.

best way of getting started is starting with the Visual Studio.net ;
make a weblog then start developing it inside the VS; it has good components, also you can use ajax to develope a good weblog or web page;
it is better to start learning asp or asp.net or asp.netAjax ; there are good books on the great google;
search them, you’ll find them;

I definatly recommend webs.com for a beginner. When you get more advanced then you can work with just html. In the mean time, try out web.com ( its free )

try free way, you just need to create some account in free blog provider like blogspot.com or wordpress.com ( it most common free cms ) but i prefer use blogspot.com ( coz it’s owned by google.com so your post article fast to index by that most common search engine in the world ) there is a wizard to create a new ones article in that site. it’s simple.
